NEW ANTI-COVID REGULATIONS ON VISITING THE BEACHES ARE INTRODUCED IN THE CRIMEA
The authorities of the Crimea peninsula have published information on the regulations of spending the holidays on the beaches of the republic. From the beginning of July, the Crimes plans to open the beach season for the guests, who will be informed about the rules by means of the special signs and boardsWAszz. It is reported that a special commission should monitor compliance with the rules. Details on the work and the working methods of the commission have not been specified yet, given that we are talking about 440 beaches.
According to the official sources, the main requirement for the vacationers will be not to wear the medical masks (firstly, in conditions of staying at the beaches, they are of little use, and secondly, they will not be required).
First of all, according to the authorities of the peninsula, social distance will allow to resist the spread of COVID-19 infection.
The greater the distance between the holidaymakers, the better it is for them. Information boards that will be placed on the beaches will have to remind the tourists of the safety of rest.
The chief sanitary officer of the region Natalya Penkovskaya explains that this requirement should be reflected in keeping the distance between the sun loungers (from 1.5 to 2 m) and disinfection of the beach equipment. It is planned that the authorities will also be monitoring how the citizens follow the hygiene rules. Apparently, the monitoring commission will have a lot of work. The checks of how well the beach areas are prepared for the reception of vacationers and guests of the Crimea will begin next week.
Unlike the Crimea, where the season is planned to be started only on 1 July, the resorts of the Kuban are ready to welcome the visitors.
The first beaches became available on 6 June. However, when exactly the opening of the main beaches will take place is not clear yet. It is planned that all showers, chaise lounges and changing rooms will be subjected to the special sanitary treatment, and the presence of sanitizers on the beach will become mandatory.
Sanatoriums that opened the doors to the guests of the Krasnodar Territory must comply with the sanitary standards and therefore are forced to work under restrictions. For example, tourists cannot independently pour mineral water in pump rooms, as it used to be. Now only the members of medical staff can do this.
Recreation houses of Anapa and Sochi work, but the employees of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumers Protection are constantly monitoring their work.
Not only social distance, but also the obligatory wearing of masks and gloves can soon become fashionable here. At least, this is compulsory for the sanatoriums that began to work with vacationers and other guests.
