MOSCOW-BASED MSU-1 THREATENS TO BANKRUPT KUBAN FERRONI
A company from Lyubertsy near Moscow announced its intention to initiate the bankruptcy process of the Krasnodar company Ferroni. Information about this was posted by MSU-1 (JSC) on the Fedresurs portal. The reason for this was the defendant's debt of almost 10 million rubles under subcontract agreements, previously approved through the court.

The Ferroni company is located in the village of Agronomist in the Kuban. The organization specializes in the production of metal doors. But since 2022, the company's revenue has been noticeably declining.

In May 2023, the organization was at the center of an unpleasant story related to a major fire at a factory in Tolyatti. About 20 thousand square meters of the enterprise owned by Ferroni turned out to be engulfed in fire. Along with the damage that the fire caused to the company's property, claims from employees were supplemented. About 2.5 thousand people demanded compensation for the period of forced downtime after the fire.

The company "MSU-1" previously demanded about 37 million rubles from the defendant. In this amount, the company estimated the amount of the advance payment for unprocessed subcontracting obligations, including the late payment penalty. However, the court reduced the size of the claims, collecting about 10 million from Ferroni.

The construction company located in Lyubertsy has been operating in the Russian Federation for almost a quarter of a century. The developer is known in the capital thanks to several residential complexes (for example, Sydney City and Lefort). MSU-1 also participated in the construction of social facilities and business centers. According to data for 2021, the organization received 56 billion in revenue.
