MISHUSTIN SUPPORTED AN INCREASE IN MATERNITY LEAVE FOR WOMEN FROM BANKRUPT COMPANIES
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin supported the initiative to increase maternity benefits for women dismissed in connection with the liquidation of the organization. This proposal was made by the Federation Council.

It is proposed to increase maternity leave for Russians at least to the level of the minimum wage.

As the speaker of the upper house Valentina Matvienko recalled at a meeting with members of the Federation Council, after the bankruptcy of the company, a woman receives an allowance of 900 rubles per month. According to her, this is too small a sum.

"Maternity benefits for women who leave a liquidated organization are an extremely important topic. Of course, all payments to the expectant mother should be provided," Mishustin was quoted as saying by TASS.
