Mikhail Mishustin announced government measures to support business
Mikhail Mishustin announced a number of measures aimed at supporting Russian entrepreneurship in the current situation.  Among them there are soft loans for agricultural producers, tax exemption for IT companies, as well as a moratorium on inspections for individual entrepreneurs.

The statement was made within the framework of the government meeting held the day before. Among these measures are the following:

  • introduction of a moratorium on inspections for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses until the end of this year;

  • an additional allocation of 6.2 billion rubles for the ‘FOT 3.0’ payroll program;

  • extension of the program for reimbursement of expenses that arise when using the domestic system of fast payments for another six months.

Separately, a decision was made to support the IT sector - both employees and the companies themselves.

Developers will be able to count on preferential mortgages and deferment from military service. The condition is work in domestic IT companies. The legal entities themselves will be exempted from paying income tax, as well as tax audits. The moratorium will be introduced for three years.

Tax preferences have also been announced for developers and companies that implement domestic solutions in the field of IT and therr will be an expansion of the system of grants in this area.

An additional block of benefits is aimed at the support of agricultural industry. 5 billion rubles will be allocated for it, which will be used to subsidize previously issued loans. It will also be possible to obtain additional loans at a low rate. This will be provided through government subsidies.

Mikhail Mishustin separately noted that he named only a part of the most sensitive topics. The government is monitoring the situation in the country and intends to respond in a timely manner, RBC reports.
