Metropolitan company initiates bankruptcy of Volovsky Feed Mill
The Arbitration in the Tula Region (AS TO) has received an application from the Moscow company Provimi. In it, she demands that the Volovsky Feed Mill be declared insolvent. The documents on the case were placed in the judicial file (case no. A68-9276/2025).

The specific requirements that became the basis for submitting the application have not yet been disclosed. The documents on the case have also not been published. However, it is likely that the lawsuit may have a connection with the previous litigation that Provimi conducted with the plant from January 20 to April 11 this year (case no. A68-391/2025).

The capital firm demanded to recover 2.3 million from the enterprise for the outstanding debt on the delivered goods. The court fully satisfied the stated requirements, but, probably, the debt could not be repaid. It is possible that this became the basis for a new appeal to the court with a claim for bankruptcy.

Provimi is engaged in the production of feed for farm animals. In 2024, the company reported revenue of 18 billion. The company itself is owned by a foreign company from Luxembourg.

A feed mill in the Tula region is also engaged in the production of animal feed. The company mainly serves the needs of the Volovsky Broiler. According to data from last year, the organization generated revenue of 2.4 billion. The company is owned by entrepreneurs Fyzylov and Grafurov. The plant is managed through the Triar Invest company.

The initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against the plant indicates serious financial problems, despite significant revenue. The insolvency review process will include an analysis of the company's financial condition, as well as possible decisions on liquidation or restructuring of assets in the interests of creditors.
