KUZBASS COAL MINE DECIDED TO MAKE PEACE WITH THE TAX AUTHORITIES IN THE BANKRUPTCY PROCESS
On November 18, a petition was sent to the arbitration of the Kemerovo region by LLC "Razrez "Zadubrovsky Novy" about the intention to sign a settlement agreement with the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 14. The appeal was filed in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the coal mine (No. A27-21300/2022). The court plans to consider the document itself on December 19, 2022.

The inspectors of the Federal Tax Service filed a claim for the insolvency of the company on November 15. The amount of the company's debt, according to the published information, amounted to almost 463 million rubles. The court combined the application of the tax authorities with a bankruptcy claim filed by the company itself.

The main beneficiary of the coal mine, established in 2008, is Alexander Netsvetaev. He owns a share of 90% of the authorized capital of the company. 10% belong to Denis Pruzhina. The company is engaged in coal mining on the territory of the Belovsky district. The company also performs contract work on the site managed by the Yevtinsky Novy mine.

Both companies were owned by the Russian Coal company, which was part of the Safmar Group, until 2016. The companies produced 1.2 million tons of coal annually. Six years ago, Mikhail Gutseriev ceased to be the owner of both sections (Zadubrosky and Evtinsky). The cuts were sold due to their unprofitability.

Netsvetaev, who became the main owner of the mines, planned to increase the efficiency of D-grade coal mining and increase production volumes. However, even before the start of the pandemic, the entrepreneur said that production would be reduced. In October 2022, reports about this appeared already in the federal media.

The total revenue of Zadubrosky Novy last year amounted to 3.2 billion rubles. The company made a profit of 8.6 million. Another asset, Yevtinsky Novy– showed 1.86 billion in revenue and 9.3 million in profit.
