KUBAN TAX AUTHORITIES DEMAND BANKRUPTCY OF THE AUTHOR OF TRAFFIC ARBITRATION COURSES
The Arbitration Court in Kuban (AS CC) has scheduled for November 24, 2025, the consideration of the insolvency application of Andrey Sidoropulo, known in the digital environment as Andrey SD. The basis for the claim from the tax authorities (Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 4 in Krasnodar) was a large tax debt, reaching 7.8 million rubles. Of this amount, 5.2 million are direct tax liabilities, and the remaining 2.6 million are penalties.
Financial claims against the blogger who promoted traffic arbitration courses (the process of buying Internet traffic on one site at a low price and redirecting it to another platform to make a profit) arose after the court verdict came into force. On October 23, Sidoropulo was found guilty in the Savelovsky district court of organizing a fraudulent scheme and the subsequent legalization of funds. Themis sent him to a penal colony for 6 years, fining him additionally.
The essence of his crime was to create and promote a paid online course. It guaranteed users a fast and high income on the Internet. However, as the investigation found out, educational services were not actually provided. All financial proceeds from more than 40 victims, the damage exceeded 8.3 million rubles, were used by the members of the criminal group for their own needs.
A separate episode in the case involves the legalization of criminal proceeds. The investigation proved that Sidoropulo bought a Lamborghini for 22 million rubles in order to conceal the illegal origin of the money. His actions are qualified under articles on fraud and money laundering on a particularly large scale.
As part of the bankruptcy application, the tax authorities indicate that Sidoropulo does not have any property to repay the debt. It is noted that the bankruptcy procedure cannot be financed from the federal budget. Thus, the next trial in Krasnodar, scheduled for the end of November, will determine the future fate of the convicted blogger's tax obligations.
