IS IT A BRIBE OR NOT? THE SIBERIAN MANAGER WAS PUT ON TRIAL

According to the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Novosibirsk Region, a criminal investigation has been completed against the bankruptcy trustee of LLC "Barabinsk Repair and Technical Enterprise", who is accused of committing a crime under Part 8 of Article 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (commercial bribery committed on a particularly large scale).

According to investigators, the accused received 1.5 million rubles "for committing actions that are part of the official powers of the accused to make legally significant decisions on the transfer of ownership of real estate between organizations." The bankruptcy trustee himself did not admit his guilt.

In addition, in order to ensure the execution of the penalty in the form of a fine, the investigator seized the property of the accused in the amount of about 8 million rubles.

According to RBC Novosibirsk, the bankruptcy trustee of Barabinsk Repair and Technical Enterprise LLC is under investigation. The company itself was declared bankrupt in 2020.
