IN CHELYABINSK, THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE WILL BANKRUPT THE EX-COMPANY "MAGNEZITA" BECAUSE OF 198 MILLION
An insolvency case has been initiated against Magnezit Montazh Service (MMC LLC), which was previously part of the Magnezit Plant (Satka, Chelyabinsk Region). The initiator of the process was the regional tax authorities, whose claims are estimated at 198.63 million rubles. The Arbitration Court has already accepted the relevant application for proceedings.

According to court documents, the total amount of the company's debt in taxes, penalties and fines amounted to 217.5 million as of mid-October. In addition, at the time of the Federal Tax Service's appeal to the court, there were 12 enforcement proceedings against MMC for 199.7 million in favor of other creditors.

The company specializing in equipment repair and maintenance is no longer affiliated with the Magnezit Satka plant. Since 2015, Maxim Golovin has been its sole owner. Despite significant revenue, which exceeded 1.5 billion last year, and a net profit of 19.4 million, the company has accumulated large fiscal debts.

To protect state interests, at the request of the Federal Tax Service No. 32, the court imposed interim measures. The tax authority previously demanded foreclosure on the debtor's collateral due to non-fulfillment of obligations. Now the FSSP is prohibited from selling the company's assets until the final decision on the bankruptcy case.

The list of seized property, according to the court ruling, included more than 140 items. Among them are dozens of pieces of automotive equipment, including passenger cars and a bus, loaders, cranes, as well as various construction and repair equipment (welding machines, concrete mixers and compressors).
