In Chechnya, a property complex owned by the Municipal Unitary Enterprise Teplosuppression is being put up for public auction. The auctions are conducted as part of the insolvency procedure of the municipal enterprise of the Chechen capital. The technical implementation of the bidding is carried out by Tender Technologies, and the Orgtorg company is engaged in their organization.

We have already started accepting applications from those who wish. Their admission is scheduled to end on December 15th. The format of the asset sale is a public offering. This gives potential investors equal opportunities to examine the circumstances and financial aspects of the transaction by submitting price proposals.

The starting price of the lot is 2.4 billion rubles. The object of sale is represented by the entire property complex of the enterprise, with the exception of accounts receivable. Shamil Dzhabrailov has been appointed the bankruptcy trustee of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise. He is responsible for the organization and conduct of the procedure.

Despite the revenue growth over the last reporting period, the company's financial performance remained extremely difficult. In 2024, the company's revenues reached 847 million, which is 33 million (4.1%) more than a year earlier. However, such dynamics did not allow to reverse the general negative trend.

The total volume of assets by the end of 2024 amounted to 3.7 billion. However, compared with the data for the previous year, a decrease of 223 million (5.7%) was recorded. Even more revealing is the state of net assets: their value turned out to be in the red by 2 billion.

The financial result also showed a deterioration: by the end of 2024, the company suffered losses of 802 million. This is 20.2% higher than in the previous year. As a result, despite the growth in income, Heat Supply was in a deep crisis, which led to the company being declared bankrupt.
