Igor Aminov, who headed Bashinvestdom in 2012-2018, will have to pay 14.2 million rubles as compensation for losses. The decision on this was made by the judges of the Bashkir arbitration in response to the petition of the arbitration manager.

An application for the need to involve the former director in the subsidiary was also submitted in 2021. However, the arbitration has not yet rendered a verdict on this issue.

Interim measures were imposed on the property of the former head in March 2023. The court seized his assets in the range of 225.8 million, Kommersant writes. It is this amount that appears in the register of debts to creditors.

In 2012, the company undertook the construction of three residential buildings in one of the neighborhoods of Ufa. Already in 2014, construction was stopped. At the same time, by 2020, when the organization became insolvent, the level of readiness was 18-80% of what was originally planned. More than a hundred shareholders did not receive apartments. Now the organization is at the stage of bankruptcy proceedings, extended until the fall.

The ex-director himself and his sister Albina, who held the position of deputy director, were convicted under part 3 of Article 159.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in 2020. They were accused of fraud, having been awarded two years in a penal colony. During the investigation, it was found that the director and his two deputies collected about 75 million from shareholders. The scammers spent them on the purchase of real estate and the purchase of a car. Fundraising was carried out through HBC "Residential House".

The lawyers' attempt to appeal the verdict was unsuccessful. In February 2021, the case was considered in the Supreme Court of Bashkiria, but the court found no grounds for changing the verdict. In March 2023, the ex-head of Bashinvestdom was released.
