"HOT DOG BULLDOG" GARIK KHARLAMOV BANKRUPT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

The claim in the case (no. A40-226454/2022) was registered on October 18, and has not yet been accepted by the court for consideration. At the beginning of the year, the organizations were already suing in the capital arbitration (Case No. A40-24165/22-126-174 ). The catering company filed an application for the recovery of more than 13.3 million rubles on February 10, 2022.

In June 2022, the case was closed because the parties managed to sign a settlement agreement. Both sides then recognized the legality of the claims in the amount of more than 7.3 million rubles.

The debt of the company "Karstroy" included unjustified enrichment (5.2 million), penalties (1.7 million) and interest (365.5 thousand). The defendant agreed to repay 1.7 million rubles of debt by the end of June 2022, but, apparently, did not fulfill the terms of the transaction.

The project of the street food chain "Hot Dog Bulldog" by Garik Kharlamov and Artemy Vasilchuk (son of restaurateur Alexey Vasilchuk) appeared on the catering market in May 2021. The Vasilchuk family business is also represented by the Restart Vasilchuk Brothers group of companies, which until recently included more than 80 catering enterprises.
