GOOGLE'S RUSSIAN "DAUGHTER" FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST MOSCOW BAILIFFS
Earlier, Google LLC applied to the court for its own bankruptcy, but the court suspended the monitoring procedure.

The Russian subsidiary of the American Google corporation, Google LLC, filed a lawsuit in the arbitration court of the capital against the main directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) in Moscow.

The claim was filed on October 3, this is evidenced by information from the file of arbitration cases.

The Russian "daughter" of Google is trying to challenge the decision of the FSSP in the case of an administrative violation. In addition to the Federal Bailiff Service, the defendant is Mikhail Kuznetsov, a senior bailiff, head of the interdistrict department of bailiffs for special enforcement proceedings of a non–property nature. Details of the case are unknown.

Recall that in June, Google LLC applied to the court for its own bankruptcy, presumably due to the recovery of a turnover fine of 7 billion rubles imposed on the company on the basis of its violation of the procedure for posting prohibited content.

Also in July of this year, the company received a second fine of 21 billion rubles. After that, the court introduced a surveillance procedure against Google LLC.

In October, the Moscow Arbitration Court of Appeal suspended the introduction of the initial bankruptcy procedure – supervision – in relation to the Russian "daughter" of Google.
