FROM THE FORMER MANAGER OF THE "RETAIL CENTER" IN NOVOSIBIRSK, THEY DEMAND 7.1 BILLION
Arbitration manager Mikhail Yemelyanov, who was engaged in the Novosibirsk Retail Center in 2019-2020, may be forced to pay losses in the amount of more than 7 billion rubles. The corresponding petition to the arbitration was filed by the firm "Abundance". The court plans to consider the application on December 14, 2022.
The company, owned by Galina Malafeeva, was headed by Alexander Slobodchikov until July 2019. Then the company was declared bankrupt and entered into bankruptcy proceedings. Malafeeva's other business, the NTK company, is headed by businessman Yevgeny Nasolenko.
Until 2015, the twin brothers Evgeny and Vitaly Nasolenko, together with Alexander Slobodchikov, managed to establish the company "New Retail Chains" (NTS), which was declared insolvent in 2017 by the claim of collectors. The bankruptcy claim of Broker-Consult against Alexander Slobodchikov amounted to almost 550 million rubles.
The billion-dollar debts that the firm "Abundance" wants to impute to the former bankruptcy trustee Emelyanov may be related to the protracted process of the claim of the firm "RNGO". Earlier, she demanded her inclusion in the register of creditors with claims for 6.1 billion. The organization received the corresponding rights from PJSC "Bank Zenit".
The creditors began to suspect the credit organization and the Retail Center company of affiliation. The bank was associated with the company "NTS", the "daughter" of which was the "Retail Center". The contract between the bank and the firms belonging to the trading empire ("Russian Merchant", "Retail Center", "Capital") was considered imaginary. The lawsuit over the claims of "RNGO" eventually dragged on for a long time.
Arbitration manager Denis Penkov, who was involved in the case of the company "Russian Merchant", had previously been held liable for 0.5 billion rubles. The representatives of the TD "Russian Alcohol – Siberia" demanded the recovery of losses from him. The initial amount of the claims of the organization, which is part of the Roust group of companies, was over 1.2 billion, but the amount was reduced in the court verdict.
Now, according to experts, a similar fate may await Mikhail Yemelyanov. The details of the case initiated against him by the company "Abundance" will be clarified in December after the first meeting of the arbitration court on this application will take place.
