The head of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, Anna Popova, signed a document obliging all residents on the territory of the Russian Federation to wear masks in public places. The regulation applies to all regions.

Personal protective equipment must be used in crowded areas, in transport, elevators, parking lots and taxis. It is noted that the execution of the regime will be controlled by the higher bodies of all the regions. The innovation will take effect from October 28.

In addition, the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare banned the work of almost all the establishments at night.
