EX-CO-OWNER OF PROMSVYAZBANK ANANYEV WILL BE BANKRUPTED
LLC "Yurconsultgroup" filed for bankruptcy of the former co-owner of Promsvyazbank Alexey Ananyev.
Earlier, in December last year, the company filed a similar application, however, it was returned by the court at the request of the applicant himself.
The details of the new case are still unknown, but last time LLC Yurconsultgroup asked to recognize the former co-owner of Promsvyazbank as bankrupt based on the decision of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow in case No. 2-25318/21 on the recovery of 51 thousand dollars of debt from the debtor under the contract for the provision of legal services.
It is worth noting that the second of the brothers, Dmitry Ananyev, has already been declared bankrupt by the court. And the Ananyevs themselves are on the international wanted list in connection with the criminal case of embezzlement of Promsvyazbank funds.
