The OCS-Center company, known in the Russian electronics market as OCS Distribution, won a lawsuit against Hewlett Packard Enterprise in court. The application to the court was filed last fall, and the process itself took place in a closed format. As a result, the lawsuit ended with the fact that the court recognized the debt in the amount of more than 1.4 billion rubles.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has decided to leave the Russian market. The company, which was engaged in the supply of servers, data management systems and computer software, announced this in June 2022. However, the contract between the plaintiff and the defendant was to be valid until 2027.

In November, Rusbankrot already wrote about a lawsuit filed by OCS Distribution against the "daughter" of an American concern in Russia. After the distributor received the sets of services prescribed in the contract, he had the right to demand technical support from the partner.

It is known that HP's "daughter" received revenue of 4.6 billion rubles last year. This is 2.7 times less than what the firm had a year earlier. The company's losses amounted to about 2 billion, while in 2021 the organization received 3.8 billion in profit.

At the same time, the recovery of 1.4 billion may not be the only major obligation of the enterprise that the court satisfied. Litigation continues between the same participants over 550,9 million. It is in this amount that OCS Distribution representatives estimate unjustified enrichment and the interest that has run up on it.

In December 2022, the Russian company Pro Factor announced plans to bankrupt HP's "daughter". As Rusbankrot reported, the Imcotrade company also has claims against the American concern. The amount of Hewlett Packard government contracts exceeded 12.5 billion. Among the customers were Glonass, Rostelecom and the Moscow United Energy Company.
