DEPUTY ROBERT KOCHIEV WAS ATTRACTED TO A SUBSIDY OF 4.1 BILLION
The decision to bring the deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Robert Kochiev to subsidiary responsibility on June 23 was made by the arbitration of the RSO-Alania. The reason was the bankruptcy of the company "Rakurs", which took place in 2019 (case no. A61-3739/2019). The court attracted the people's deputy to a subsidy of 4.1 billion rubles .
As the telegram channel "CHEKA-OGPU" notes, the assets of the deputy (including funds in bank accounts and property) were arrested back in May 2022. Now, the regional prosecutor's office, tax authorities and the DIA state corporation have declared claims against him. State structures require the deputy to pay billions for other legal entities as well.
It is curious that Robert Kochiev and some members of his family appear in the "Foreshortening" case together with the name of the "vodka king" Pavel Smetana, who escaped from subsidiary responsibility abroad after the ruin of the Rodnik combine. Rusbankrot already wrote about this case in December 2022.
Kochiev's official income in 2021 was about 6 million rubles, and a year earlier about 500 thousand rubles. Therefore, for a deputy, claims for billions may look threatening. Experts predict the collapse of his alcohol business.
The International Anti-Corruption portal draws attention to Kochiev's family ties. According to the publication, before the bankruptcy, the owner of the building in which the company was located in Vladikavkaz was the Giant company. It was founded by Kochiev's daughter Madina, and his son Batraz was the head.
The tax authorities found that in 2016-2018, about 2.9 billion rubles were transferred from the organization's bank account to controlled legal entities. After the company was declared insolvent, the Orpheus company, established by the Giant, was engaged in the production of alcohol. As a result, she also came under the claims of the tax authorities for 630 million.
The company was additionally charged a tax of 382 million rubles and penalties of 173 million rubles. At the same time, 75 million were penalties. This was confirmed by the arbitration court by its decision of June 16, 2023.
Shortly after the tax audit, the equipment for the production of alcohol "Orpheus" was handed over to TD Kupechensky. From this company, it became the property of the company "Zernoprodukt", which established the "First Alcohol Manufactory" ("PSM") and transferred the equipment to it. All these firms work at the same address in Vladikavkaz (82b Telman Street).
