Bashkir milk producer was sent under surveillance. The arbitration satisfied the claim of the Tatarstan agricultural cooperative "Faiza", which initiated the insolvency process. The interim manager's report is scheduled to be considered on November 15.

The basis for the insolvency of the Chishminsky Dairy Plant (ChMZ LLC) was a debt in the amount of 11.45 million rubles, including the amount of the principal debt (7.3 million) and accrued interest.

In December 2021, Faiza recovered the debt from the defendant. However, the funds have not been credited to the company's accounts.

The dairy plant in the village of Chishma has existed since 1974. However, the ChMZ legal entity has been officially operating since the fall of 2014. Its sole owner until the end of 2017 was Ruslan Khamitov.

In 2017, the company "Profit", owned by Ekaterina Musalyamova, became a co-founder of the enterprise. Construction of a new production complex, opened in April 2019, has begun.

The investment project was estimated at 200 million rubles, including 21 million rubles received as a subsidy for the purchase of modern equipment. The share of the former owner of the enterprise in April 2020 passed to Svetlana Latypova.

The year 2022 was unprofitable for the company. The plant ended 2022 with a loss of 292 million, having received revenue of 155 million rubles. In comparison with the profitable year 2021, ChMZ's revenue decreased by 65%.

The citizens stopped noticing the brands of dairy products "Belo Selo" and "Chishminsky" a year ago. According to RBC, the management planned to rebrand the products in early 2023.

In the fall of 2022, the UK and the republican prosecutor's office informed the public that ChMZ has salary debts to 77 employees. The amount of debt owed to employees exceeded 4.4 million rubles. By the time the criminal case was initiated, the salary debt was partially repaid. Employees received 2.7 million.
