CORONAVIRUS WILL NOT PASS: A NEW ACCESS SYSTEM INTRODUCED IN THE ARBITRATION COURT

Now, along with the identity check, each incoming person will have to take his or her body temperature and will not be let in, if the measurement does not correspond to the norm.

The information about the innovation is published on the official website of the Arbitration Court with the reference to the Decree of March 5, 2020 No. 12-UM of the Mayor of Moscow. According to the decree, measuring of the body temperature of the employees is now the responsibility of all employers in Moscow. In addition to this, the mandatory requirements for sanitary treatment of premises are introduced.

We should remind that coronavirus infection is widespread in the world and is already recognized as a pandemic. Special measures to prevent the further spread of COVID – 2019 have been taken in China, South Korea, Iran, as well as in the number of countries in Western Europe.

In Russia, the flights are limited to the number of countries, where the infection is most widespread. The trains to some European countries have been canceled as well, and measures are taken to reduce the spread of the virus in Russia. Potential patients are advised not to leave the house and call the ambulance in case of emergency. The lessons in schools have been  temporarily canceled.
