CHELYABINSK TRANSPORT COMPANY FACES BANKRUPTCY AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE
The Chelyabinsk Arbitration Court has accepted for consideration the application of the tax service for declaring a transport company from Chelyabinsk bankrupt. The reason was the accumulation of debts worth tens of millions of rubles.

The application was submitted by the Federal Tax Service No. 32. Information about the requirement to declare LLC TC Iron insolvent has already appeared in the file of arbitration cases (case no.A76-32618/2025). On September 12, the court accepted it for consideration. If the application is satisfied, a monitoring procedure may be introduced in relation to the enterprise.

The tax authorities insist on including the debt in the register of creditors' claims. The total amount of claims is about 60 million rubles. This amount included not only taxes – 36.7 million rubles, but also accrued penalties of 5.6 million rubles, as well as penalties of 17.6 million rubles.

The company was established in 2019. According to open data, the company specialized in providing support services in the transportation market. Alla Lobashova was listed as the head.

Judging by the reports, in 2022 the company still showed revenue of 56.5 million and a modest net profit of 45 thousand rubles. However, last year the organization's reporting turned out to be "zero." This may indicate an actual shutdown of the activity.

Interestingly, Lobashova is the head of another company operating in the transport market. This is the Aaron-Trans company. The financial dynamics of this business looks more stable. In 2024, the company's revenue grew by 17% and reached 57 million. At the same time, net profit increased by 22%, amounting to almost 300 thousand.

Against the background of the growth of the indicators of the second enterprise, the TC Iron company found itself in a difficult situation. Legal proceedings initiated by the tax authorities may result in the company being declared bankrupt and the further introduction of bankruptcy proceedings.
