CHELYABINSK NON-STANDARD EQUIPMENT PLANT ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY
In the Chelyabinsk Region, a court procedure may be initiated in the case of the insolvency of a local equipment manufacturer. The Chelyabinsk plant of non-standard equipment "Oreshnik" (LLC) was under threat. The initiator of the appeal to arbitration was MI Federal Tax Service No. 4, representing Bashkortostan. The relevant record of the claim has already been entered into the judicial file.

According to reports, the company, despite its recent entry into the market, has managed to demonstrate a serious turnover. Last year, the revenue of this organization reached 55.7 million rubles. However, it was not possible to finish the year in the black. The company's net loss was recorded at around 7.1 million.

Additionally, open sources report the suspension of transactions on the company's bank accounts. This restriction has been in effect since May 8, which, against the background of financial problems, seriously complicates settlements with partners and the current activities of the plant.

The claim itself was submitted to the Chelyabinsk Arbitration Court on May 14. The reason for the tax authorities' demand is a debt approaching 9.9 million rubles. At the moment, the court has not yet accepted the application for its proceedings. The case file does not yet contain information about what exactly formed this debt and what its structure is.

The legal entity was registered in Chelyabinsk in January last year. Kirill Lipai is listed as the founder and head. Based on open data, the main activity of the company was the creation of non-standard equipment, as well as solving technical problems within the framework of the import substitution policy. Among the priorities was the manufacture of analogues of equipment and installations that have either been discontinued or are no longer supplied to the Russian market due to restrictions.

Other details of the trial have not yet been disclosed. In particular, nothing is reported about the company's creditors other than the tax service, or about other claims made.

If the arbitration court decides to accept the claim of the Federal Tax Service, the next step will be the introduction of one of the statutory bankruptcy procedures. In the meantime, the financial situation of the plant remains difficult. Losses, account blockages and growing risks can seriously affect his future.
