"CHEESES OF THE VOLGA REGION" HAVE MOVED TO SIMPLIFIED BANKRUPTCY
The trading house "Cheeses of the Volga region" in Chuvashia decided to go bankrupt under a simplified procedure. The debt of the company, due to which the arbitration process was initiated, amounted to 47.841 million rubles. The consumer cooperative "Yultash" filed a lawsuit with the court, which itself is currently going through bankruptcy.
According to local media, the debt of TD "Cheeses of the Volga region" to the NPC "Yultash" arose due to loans received in 2017-2018. At the same time, the arbitration not only satisfied the creditor's application by launching the bankruptcy procedure, but also did it in a simplified manner. The reason was the absence of the debtor.
The trading house was established in 2016 on the territory of Tsivilsk. The owner of the enterprise is the Reserve Fund for the Support of Credit Cooperation. The head of the company, according to official data, was Igor Pavlunin. The company specialized in the production of milk and dairy products.
