The arbitration of the Belgorod region considered the application submitted by the bankruptcy trustee. In it, he asked to bring a number of persons who controlled the Belgorod enterprise "Alekseevka Himmash" to subsidiary responsibility. The petition was granted.

Among those who fell under the subsidy are the main beneficiary of the company, Alexander Parkhomenko, several companies owned by him and his daughter, as well as the former head of the plant, Sergei Ilminsky. So far, the consideration of the claim for bringing KDL to subsidiary liability has been suspended. As usually happens in such cases, the court needs to wait until the settlements with creditors are completed. Only after that it will be possible to establish the amount of financial responsibility.

Recall that the plant has existed since 1974. In 1994, there was a joint-stock company on its production base. The company is engaged in the production of tanks for various sectors of the economy.

The bankruptcy process of Alekseevka Himmash has been going on for several years. The reason was debts to the Federal Tax Service in the amount of 6.2 million rubles, Interfax reports. By the time the interim manager submitted the report, the company's debts exceeded 64.36 million rubles.

In November 2019, the plant went into receivership. As a result, the production complex itself was put up for auction and sold to the capital firm Continental for 195 million rubles. Also, at the lowest price, separate buildings (a canteen, a vegetable storehouse) and a land plot went to the buyer. They were bought for 1.859 million by an individual entrepreneur A. A. Zhdanov.

The main owner of the company is Alexander Parkhomenko. He personally owns 63.4% of the shares. Another part of the shares (30.91%) is assigned to controlled legal entities. Both firms have now turned out to be subsidiary defendants.

Parkhomenko himself received the status of bankrupt in 2021. The procedure for the sale of his property was repeatedly extended. Some of the enterprises belonging to the holding were declared insolvent by the claims of the Federal Tax Service and Unicredit Bank.

Alekseyevka Himmash Group of Companies was a large enterprise specializing in the production of equipment and special equipment for industrial facilities in the petrochemical, gas, metallurgical, machine-building and other industries.
