"BUSINESS RUSSIA MOSCOW" ORGANIZATION JOINED DECLARATION ON THE PREVENTION OF BUSINESS BANKRUPTCY

An Open Declaration Agreement on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Moscow Business was signed by Evgeny Bazylev, the Executive Committee of the "Business Russia Moscow" Public Organization, on August 25.



The main purpose of the Declaration is to prevent business bankruptcy. It is aimed at the protection of the interests of Moscow entrepreneurs, reduction of social tension and improvement of the conditions for business development. Earlier, ANO “Institute of Public Initiatives” joined the Declaration.

The main provisions of the Declaration include assistance in obtaining legal support for entrepreneurs, preventing bankruptcy proceedings and initiating new legislative initiatives.

“The synergy of the common forces of the state and the business community is capable of working for the benefit of all entrepreneurship in Russia. As the executive committee of the Business Russia, I consider it my duty to contribute to the development, improvement and growth of the quality of business in our country. Therefore, our joining the Declaration is another step towards close cooperation between business and the state,” said Evgeny Bazylev.

The Declaration is open for accession by representatives of the Moscow business community: legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, experts, government officials, government agencies and structures, public associations that support the ideas and goals of the Declaration.

“Our common goal is to increase the competitiveness of business, reduce the level of bankruptcies and social tension. I believe that we will be able to achieve our goals together: through the interaction of business and government. I hope for effective work and high-quality cooperation,” commented Vladimir Kuznetsov, the Vice President of the Liquidation and Bankruptcy Bar Association.
