BLINOVSKAYA WAS FOUND TO HAVE SUSPICIOUS "PHANTOM DEBTS" WORTH 60 MILLION
During the insolvency proceedings against Elena Blinovskaya, the arbitration administrator disclosed previously overlooked circumstances. The case file contains information about property that had not previously been associated with a well-known blogger, as well as about questionable transactions with the Aquaculture company. These findings can seriously affect the final competitive weight.

The judges will have to give a legal assessment to 14 transfers of funds that passed through LLC "Aquaculture". The total amount of these transactions exceeded 60 million rubles. The financial manager believes that these transfers were ostentatious: the money allegedly did not change hands as loans, but was used to create a false picture of the debtor's finances just before the criminal prosecution began and bankruptcy proceedings were launched. The final decision on the real meaning of these operations will be made by the Moscow Arbitration Court at a separate meeting.

In parallel with the analysis of transactions, there is a hunt for assets that will go under the hammer to pay off debts. The court has already sent a request to the UAE authorities – it is necessary to verify information about Blinovskaya's real estate abroad.

The most interesting thing came out when studying the structures associated with the blogger. The "treasure" was found in the company "Aquaculture", where 80% of the shares were once owned by the debtor's spouse. Several buildings, land plots, tractors, cars, snowmobiles and even more than a dozen motorboats with other watercraft were hidden there.

Other legal entities were also not ignored. Several more tractors were seized from the company "Gardens of Adygea", whose connection with Blinovskaya IP has been proven. A Hyundai car was arrested near the Yaroslavl Perspektiva. All the listed property is planned to be auctioned off to close debts to the Federal Tax Service.

Let's add that back in March 2025, the court found Elena Blinovskaya guilty of tax evasion and money laundering. Initially, she was given five years in a penal colony, but later the Moscow City Court commuted the sentence to four and a half years, simultaneously reducing the amount of the fine.

The investigation believes that the blogger and her husband were splitting up the business, which allowed them to underpay more than 900 million rubles to the budget. Right now, the blogger is serving time in the Vladimir region.
