Mikhail Vladimirovich Pogosov applied to the Arbitration Court of Moscow (case no. A40-234942/22) for recognition of BCS Bank JSC as insolvent. Presumably, he may be a beneficiary of the software development companies "X Media" and "X Group".

There is an opinion that the statement has no serious grounds, but is a kind of tool for resolving disagreements.

In addition, it was not possible to detect Pogosov's court disputes with the bank, which also raises doubts about the validity of the intention to recognize the credit institution as insolvent, not to mention the fact that a citizen's request to declare a financial institution bankrupt is possible only in exceptional cases.

Anyway, assuming that we are talking about some unresolved disagreements with the bank, Pogosov managed to get his way, because the case attracted the attention of the debtor himself – a petition was filed by BCS Bank JSC to familiarize with the application.
