BELGOROD EUROLOGISTIC RECEIVED BANKRUPT STATUS
The Arbitration Court of the Belgorod region has officially declared the insolvency of the company "Eurologistik", registered in Belgorod. The reason for launching the bankruptcy procedure was a statement from the local department of the Federal Tax Service. The court materials contain a corresponding record of the procedure introduced.

The company's financial condition deteriorated sharply in 2024. With revenue exceeding 1 billion rubles, the loss amounted to more than 553 million, whereas in the previous period the company was profitable. The register of creditors' claims has already recorded debts in excess of 205 million rubles, with the largest amount owed to the tax authority. In total, about 35 creditors are mentioned in the case.

The company, which has been operating since 2014, specialized in cargo transportation. The organization is headed by Alexander Verzun. The organization had licenses required to handle hazardous waste (classes I–IV). According to data from open sources, entrepreneur Alexey Grishchenko is a member of the society.

A significant role in the activities of Eurologistics was played by a large contract that the company concluded with the company TSEB, which performs the functions of a municipal waste management operator in the region. A few years ago, the partners agreed that the company would export MSW under a contract, receiving 12.2 billion over 4.5 years.

But soon serious complaints arose about the work of the organization: the quality of services caused criticism from the population, the regional operator and the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov. By 2024, work on the contract was almost stopped, which became one of the key factors of the financial collapse.

This summer, after the Federal Tax Service appealed to the arbitration court, the organization was placed under surveillance, and then declared insolvent. The next bankruptcy procedure will be carried out until the beginning of June 1. Vladislav Segedin has been approved for the role of bankruptcy trustee (CC), whose duties include monitoring the process of selling the company's assets. In fact, the company has completed its independent business activities.
