AUCHAN DEMANDS DECATHLON 120 MILLION FROM ITS DAUGHTER
The court received a claim from Auchan LLC to recover 120 million rubles from Blue House LLC. The defendant is a Russian "daughter" of the French network "Decathlon".

The statement of claim was submitted to the court on March 27 (case no. A40-64088/23), the details of the dispute are still unknown. Presumably, we are talking about the recovery of funds due to the early termination of the lease agreement.
Both companies represent French brands, the defendant is one of two subsidiaries of Decathlon (the second is Oktoblu LLC), real estate is registered on Blue House LLC, which is owned by the company.
