ARBITRATION LAUNCHED BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS AT THE STAVROPOL "ALIA GROUP"
The Stavropol Arbitration Court (AS IC) recognized the insolvency of the Alia Group company. A legal entity based in the village. Advanced (Izobilnensky district), for the next six months it will be transferred under the control of bankruptcy trustee Vladimir Fomenko. The official notification of the start of the procedure has already appeared on the Fedresurs portal.

The final results are scheduled by the judge for July 22. By this date, Mr. Fomenko must prepare and send to the court a detailed report reflecting all the work done in the framework of the bankruptcy proceedings.

The bankruptcy story dates back to the spring of 2025, when the Alia Group initiated the process by filing an application for its own insolvency. At that time, the volume of financial claims against the company was estimated at 31.4 million. The management did not dispute the existence of the debt, arguing that repayment of obligations to one of the creditors automatically makes it impossible to settle with other claimants.

According to the data of the Kontur system.Focus", the company traces its history back to 2021. The organization specialized in flour and cereal production. The official portal of the legal entity reports that the production facilities are focused on in-depth processing of corn. Liana Avdienko and Artyom Lazarev own the business.

Interestingly, despite the current difficulties, the financial results of 2023 were not bad for the company: annual revenue reached almost 322 million, and net profit amounted to about 8 million rubles. The products produced by the plant were in demand in several industrial segments. The organization managed a 4-hectare production complex. According to its capabilities, it can process about three thousand tons of grain per month.

An analysis of the register of creditors' claims shows that the Krasnodar company Credo-S is the main initiator of the collection. Last fall, the court entered a large sum (101.1 million) into the register of creditors' claims. This amount includes both the principal debt (68.9 million) and late payment penalties (32.2 million).

In addition to the commercial creditor, the tax authorities also filed their claims against the company. In the second place, the debt to the regional Federal Tax Service (724 thousand) fell. Additional fiscal obligations included in the third stage are estimated at another 3.5 million rubles.
