The financial crisis in the Eltrans+ group of companies continues to gain momentum. Following the two assets that were previously subject to the procedure, the third structure is next in line. The Moscow Arbitration Court (AS GM) has received an insolvency claim from the Kirov Federal Tax Service. The defendant is a Customs representative of Eltrans+. This precedent makes the company another member of a well-known logistics holding company facing the risk of forced closure.

At the moment, the exact date of the hearing has not yet been approved, and the amount of the tax authorities' claims is not in official documents. However, the details of the financial condition are disclosed in the tax statement as of May 13. According to this information, there is a restriction on transactions on the accounts of the organization. The reason is the debt approaching 15.4 million rubles. In addition, the documents of the Federal Tax Service record the fact of delay in submitting the tax return.

The history of the company, engaged in transportation and customs support, began in 2016. Its sole founder is the Eltrans+ Temporary Storage Warehouse, and Mikhail Avdeev holds the chair of the head (according to sources, he is the beneficiary of the entire group).

Information from open sources paints an ambiguous picture. In 2025, the revenue of the legal entity amounted to 51 million, and the net profit turned out to be meager – only 66 thousand rubles. At the same time, the database of arbitration cases shows that this company has not been seen in court disputes before.

Meanwhile, other subsidiaries of the logistics operator are also sinking into debt. Last fall, Sberbank initiated the bankruptcy of the parent company Eltrans+, agreeing to bear the costs of the procedure. The amount of the bank's claims is about 100 million. The company is currently under surveillance.

Lenders are not limited to financial institutions. A major mobile operator, Pirelli Tire Russia and the Reftrans railway carrier have already sent their requirements to the logistics structure.

The Logistics operator Eltrans (LLC) was also not ignored. Back in February of this year, the court introduced a monitoring procedure against him at the request of the St. Petersburg firm Forward. The reason is the debt of more than 3 million.

Earlier, Mikhail Avdeev reported in an interview that the group's business is based on customs clearance of goods and the operation of temporary storage warehouses. Now all three key structures of the group are under attack.
