AN OBSERVATION PROCEDURE WAS INTRODUCED AT THE BAKERY IN STARY OSKOL
On February 7, the arbitration of the Belgorod Region introduced a monitoring procedure at the bakery from Stary Oskol (case no.A08-9726/2023). Aidar Bariev's candidacy has been approved for the role of interim manager. The court scheduled his report on the procedure for July 1, 2024.
The company was founded in 2015. It is headed by Alexander Pomelnikov. It is reported that the organization completed the year 2022 with zero revenue. The loss amounted to 3.2 million. The owners had previously hoped to sell the plant by putting it up for auction through Avito. The value of the land plot, together with the production assets located on it, was estimated at 75 million.
The tax authorities have previously made financial claims against the plant's activities. In November 2021, the plant turned out to owe 360 thousand to the tax authorities, but managed to repay part of the debt on time and did not reach bankruptcy.
This time, according to the case file, Starooskolsky Bakery owed the tax authorities 2,862,306.94 rubles in mandatory payments. The court included this amount in the third stage of the register. The second priority was the amount of debt (192 778.19 rubles). on payment of insurance premiums. Even more than 510 thousand was the amount of the penalty, which it was decided to take into account separately.
