AN OBSERVATION PROCEDURE HAS BEEN INTRODUCED IN THE 1+1 CLINIC NETWORK
On December 5, the arbitration court in Novosibirsk decided to introduce surveillance at the NMT Clinic. A legal entity manages a network of private medical institutions "1+1". The initiator of the bankruptcy was businessman Stanislav Belyaev, to whom the organization owed more than 12.67 million rubles.

As Rusbankrot previously reported, in September 2023, Belyaev filed a lawsuit against the company that rented premises from him on Voskhod Street (case no. A45-25582/2023). In parallel with this process, the entrepreneur is suing the clinic for several more applications.

Earlier, the clinic's management tried to recover unjustified enrichment (about 110 million) and interest (almost 30 million) from Belyaev, writes RBC. The lawsuit was filed in September 2022, but after some time the arbitration court did not support the claims of the medical organization, leaving them without satisfaction.

In March 2023, the NMT Clinic tried to collect more than 70 million rubles from the owner of the leased property for repairs carried out in the premises. The entrepreneur did not agree with such claims from the organization, presenting his arguments in court. As a result, the Novosibirsk arbitration in June 2023 refused to satisfy the requirements stated by the organization.

The official owner and head of the clinic is Tatiana Tishchenko. The organization was established in April 2018. It is curious that almost immediately after the registration of the lease agreement between the NMT Clinic and entrepreneur Belyaev, the woman changed not only her last name, but also her first name. Before that, her name was Oksana Loginova.
