The Tolyatti Automobiles company announced plans to apply to arbitration with a claim for insolvency of an enterprise that produces equipment for soil cultivation and the livestock sector. The basis for filing a claim may be a court decision adopted in November 2023. According to him, the Novosibirsk experimental plant of non-standardized equipment (NOEZNO–Selmash) must pay 536 thousand.

In November last year, Rusbankrot already reported on an attempt to bankrupt the Novosibirsk enterprise by the tax authorities. Representatives of the Federal Tax Service No. 17 applied to arbitration with an application for insolvency (case No. A45-33733/2023). The reason for the appeal was the company's debt to the treasury in the amount of 65.3 million rubles.

But the organization did not have the means to finance the procedure, and the fiscal authority did not have the desire to bear the burden of court costs at the expense of the state budget. The tax authorities could not provide evidence to the contrary to the court and the case was closed.

The legal entity NOEZNO-Selmash has been operating in Novosibirsk since 2015. Its sole owner and head is Vladimir Medvedev. According to official data, in 2022, the company employed 219 employees, and the plant itself increased its profit to 4.6 million (a year earlier it was 3.2 million). The plant's revenue for 2022 is about 420 million.
