A ROSTOV IT COMPANY IS DECLARED BANKRUPT WITH A DEBT OF 623 MILLION
The financial collapse of Liliani Soft LLC has become a reality. The Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region (AC RO) has officially declared the developer of digital solutions for agriculture insolvent. The company, which was established only four years ago, is now facing the process of bankruptcy proceedings, which will last at least until mid-January 2027. The process of asset sale and settlement with creditors will be managed by the arbitration manager Anton Srybny.

The trial started back in July 2025, when the largest creditor– Sberbank PJSC, initiated bankruptcy proceedings. The organization has been under surveillance for about a year. But the creditors convinced AS RO to transfer the organization to the next stage of operation. The judicial act was adopted on July 7.

The combined claims against the organization reached 623.1 million. At the same time, the lion's share of liabilities (over 605 million) belongs to Sberbank. The court recognized all the credit institution's claims as legitimate, which predetermined the further course of the case.

The developer himself positioned himself as a supplier of software products for the digital transformation of the agricultural sector. According to open data, the company was established 4 years ago. Its core focus was software development. The head of the organization and its founder is Armen Nalbandyan. The corporate structure is as follows: 80% belongs to the Liliani company, and the remaining 20% belongs to Nalbandyan personally.

The company's financial statements paint a picture of rapid degradation. In 2025, revenue plummeted by 96% to a paltry 3.5 million. Meanwhile, the net loss exceeded 12 million. Now, after the observation period, the company's fate is being decided through bankruptcy proceedings. The primary objective at this stage is to inventory the company's assets, establish the bankruptcy estate, and ensure that all creditors' claims are met in accordance with the insolvency laws. Information about the introduction of the procedure has already been published in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information.
