Rant-Capital, a well-known company in the Lipetsk region as a leading company in the packaging market, was placed under surveillance. The arbitration court decided to introduce a monitoring procedure, which means the beginning of the bankruptcy process. Information about this is posted in the file of arbitration cases.

What is especially noteworthy is that according to the results of the work last year, the company demonstrated solid economic indicators. Its revenue reached 4.6 billion. The company ended the year with a net profit of 24.4 million. But even such results did not save the business from serious economic problems. The main factor in the financial hole turned out to be the failure of the company's obligations to the bank in the amount of 320 million.

Maria Patrusheva was approved for the role of interim manager, who was entrusted with this case. Her tasks include analyzing the company's solvency, identifying signs of fictitious or intentional bankruptcy, and generating a report on the current state of affairs. Creditors can submit applications for inclusion of their claims in the register by July 21. The next court hearing in the case is scheduled for December 3.

The company was founded in 2008 and over the years has established itself as one of the key suppliers of packaging products at the regional level. For a long time, Rant-Capital has held a stable position in the market and served large enterprises.

However, as experts emphasize, even profitable companies may experience a shortage of liquidity, especially if there is a significant credit burden. In such cases, outwardly successful financial reporting does not guarantee sustainability – everything depends on the structure of debts and their repayment dates.

Now the future fate of Rant-Capital largely depends on the results of the interim manager's work and the position of creditors. Different scenarios are possible: from restoration of solvency through financial rehabilitation to subsequent bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation.

The situation with the Lipetsk packaging manufacturer underscores the importance of debt burden control even for companies with billions in turnover – one overdue loan can be the starting point for bankruptcy proceedings.
