A DECISION TO SELL THE ONLY HOUSING OF A FOUNDER OF TRAVEL COMPANY WAS MADE IN YEKATERINBURG
The only housing of Sergei Buzko, who was declared bankrupt in case No. A60-59738/2019, will be sold at an auction.  Litigation over the premises located on Moskovskaya Street in Yekaterinburg has been going on for a long time.  The founder of the MIR travel company granted the housing itself to his daughter in 2017.  However, the financial manager managed to challenge the deal.

First, the decision of the court of first instance recognized the transaction as legal.  However, the court of appeal (17 AAI) made a different decision and returned the apartment back to the bankruptcy estate.  An attempt to appeal the decision in cassation did not bring success.  The arbitration court of the Urals district also rejected the complaint of Buzko's daughter.

Now, as follows from the information posted on Fedresurs, the family of Sergei Buzko should be provided with other housing that meets the norms and conditions of social rent established in the Sverdlovsk region.
An apartment of 138 sq.  meters, most likely, will be recognized too chic for a bankrupt, and will be put up for auction.
Earlier, the Volvo XC60 was already at the auction, the starting price for which is 1 million rubles.

We should recall that the Mir travel agency was founded in 1991 and was one of the oldest private travel companies in the Urals.  The organization carried out exclusive charter flights and served the corporate segment of the market.  However, in the period from 2018 to 2020, the company's revenue decreased several times (from 8.4 million to 2.8 million rubles), and Buzko himself became bankrupt in March 2020.

Will the apartment be exempted from the executive immunity, the arbitration will decide.  Experts believe that such a situation is quite possible if it is established that only Buzko spouses live in it.  The entrepreneur's debt to creditors is 10.7 million rubles, and the businessman owes 9.5 million to the ‘Partner’ company.
