The Arbitration Court in Bryansk (AS BO) has established the bankruptcy of the Snezhka-Molotino company. An organization engaged in the breeding of dairy cattle and producing dairy products has become insolvent at the request of VolgoInvest– the main creditor of the defendant.

The court found that the debt amounts to 17.7 million. This amount was not repaid within the time limit prescribed by law, which served as the basis for filing a lawsuit. The court also noted that the company had effectively ceased to carry out business activities.

As a result, AS BO began to open bankruptcy proceedings in a simplified manner, setting a six-month deadline for it until the end of this year. It is noteworthy that at the time of the decision on insolvency, the company was unable to continue its activities, and there were no funds to pay its debts.

According to the case file, Snezhka-Molotino was registered on the tax register and conducted activities related to dairy farming. Several months have passed since the filing of the claim, and as a result, the court declared the company insolvent.

At the moment, the bankruptcy proceedings are continuing with respect to Snezhka-Molotino, which will last until December 30. This decision concerns not only debts owed to VolgoInvest, but also broader issues of the company's liquidation, including the process of evaluating and selling the remaining assets.

Earlier, the company had a financial crisis, which led to a lack of business activity and the inability to repay accumulated obligations. It is important that the company's lack of property makes it impossible for creditors to recover at least some of their debts, which makes the current bankruptcy procedure particularly difficult.
