Preferential car loan program has been extended again

The system of providing preferential car loans for buyers of domestically assembled cars has existed since 2017. At the moment, the following conditions apply:

- the cost of the car should not exceed 1.5 million rubles;

- the borrower has a driver's license;

- the provision of a discount is possible if there is at least one child in the family, in a situation of acquiring the first car in life, medical workers and citizens, who take part in a trade-in program, have a right for a benefit as well.

At the same time, the size of the discount may vary from 10 to 25%, depending on the region, but should not exceed 375,000 rubles.

Checks must contain information about the purchased item

According to the innovation, when issuing a cash register receipt, the buyer receives a document in which contains information about goods or services he purchased.

It would seem that this usually happens, but not always. The innovation mainly concerns small businesses that apply special tax regimes. Previously, its representatives had the right not to indicate the name of goods and services, the quantity and price in the checks, now they will be obliged to, and for violation, there will be a fine of up to 10,000 rubles.

Increase in benefits and payments

The indexation of various benefits and social benefits traditionally takes place on February 1, and this year is no exception. The size of the indexation this year will be 4.9%. The norm will affect, in particular, a one-time payment for the birth of a child, as well as for the care of a child under 1.5 years old, insurance payments related to workplace accidents and even for burial, benefits to military veterans, disabled people due to the Chernobyl disaster, heroes of Russia. Indexation will be held automatically, and citizens do not need to take any actions to receive an increased benefit.

Registration of tuning in the traffic police

For the purpose of changing the design of the vehicle (tuning), it is now necessary to submit the results of the conclusion of the technical examination and the inspection protocol, confirming that after the changes made, everything is fine with the car, to the traffic police.

Both documents must be added into the corresponding unified register, in case of their absence, the traffic police have a right to refuse to register the tuning.

At the same time, the corresponding conclusions and protocols are added into the register by the laboratories issuing these documents.

Ban on profanity and social networks content blocking

From February 1, the norm prohibiting the use of obscene language in social networks begins to operate. At the same time, the definition of a social network is also given - it is an Internet resource that provides the ability to create a personal page, access to which has more than 500 thousand Russian users. The innovation also affected the owners of social networks.

From now on, they are obliged to independently identify and block inappropriate content.

This can be child pornography, information about the manufacture or use of drugs, calls for suicide, as well as information that expresses obvious disrespect for the state and society, and also contains agitation to participate in mass riots.

Medical records on the State Services website

A method of maintaining electronic medical records, which citizens will be able to access through the State Services portal, has been introduced in Russia. At the same time, each medical organization has the right to make an appropriate decision on the transition to full or partial maintenance of electronic medical records independently, in the same way the types of documents that will go into electronic format will be determined.

In this case, if a patient or his legal representative applies to a medical organization with an application on the need to maintain a medical record in paper form, this will have to be done.
