A bill has been submitted to the State Duma aimed at protecting the interests of Russian entrepreneurs and simplifying the process of transferring assets from foreign jurisdictions to Russian ones. The corresponding project was developed by Yaroslav Nilov, deputy of the HEAD of the LDPR faction.

The new bill expands the possibilities of redomicilation for non-public companies, allowing them to return to Russian jurisdiction. This means that businessmen will be able to register their companies in Russia and use modern corporate governance tools.

According to the bill, company owners will be able to create new management structures and issue various types of shares. This will greatly simplify the management of international assets and protect the rights of owners.

As Yaroslav Nilov himself notes in his telegram channel, such a law will help avoid multibillion-dollar losses for the country's budget and restore control over assets under threat of sanctions. The adoption of the law will also not entail additional risks for the economy — on the contrary, it can stimulate investment and increase tax revenues.

The implementation of the draft law opens up new horizons for the registration of companies in special administrative regions such as Kaliningrad, emphasizes Yaroslav Nilov. This will not only support the region's economy, but also have a positive impact on the labor market.
