Currently, active work is underway to amend legislative acts that are related to both social guarantees of the population and the protection of personal data of the citizens.

In particular, it is proposed to exempt them from the payment of income tax payments under the “Zemsky Doctor” and “Zemsky Teacher“programs, regardless of the ammount of the allowance. We should recall that earlier the doctors were exempted from the taxes when receiving a payment of up to 1 million rubles.

In addition, it is proposed to simplify the procedure for obtaining a certificate for maternity capital, as well as to implement a program to provide free meals for schoolchildren. What is more, at the suggestion of the president, the list of the citizens, eligible for benefits, will be expanded. Changes will affect low-income families. It is curious that the tax authorities will be required to identify and report to the social protection authorities about such families on their own.

In this regard, the question on the protection of personal data arises, since the information on the income of individuals will be further analyzed and transmitted between state structures. It is even proposed to legally establish liability for both loss and disclosure of such information.
