THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE PROPOSED TO EXPAND THE MECHANISM OF TAX MONITORING
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has taken the initiative to expand the criteria for business participation in tax monitoring. It is proposed to reduce the entry threshold from 1 billion assets and turnover of companies to 800 million rubles, as well as from 100 million to 80 million taxes paid for the year.
The corresponding changes are planned to be made to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Today, more than 440 companies have joined the monitoring system, Kommersant writes. As the authors of the idea explain, the changes should additionally attract another 150 participants.
The Federal Tax Service, in turn, emphasizes that the mechanism helps to understand the predictability of the fiscal burden, and also reduces the volume of required documents.
