THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE INTENDS TO SPEED UP THE INITIATION OF CRIMINAL CASES
The Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia proposes to speed up the initiation of criminal cases against unscrupulous taxpayers. The relevant initiative has been sent to the Prosecutor General's Office.
The Federal Tax Service makes a proposal not to wait 75 days after the entry into force of the decision on bringing to responsibility based on the results of the department's audit in a number of cases.
