RUSSIAN OFFICIALS MADE A PROPOSAL TO LEGALLY DEFER FROM MILITARY SERVICE
The initiative to legally defer from service in the army was made by members of the New People party, headed by its leader Aleksey Nechaev. Now the plans include a detailed consideration of the idea, and then - the initiation of the bill to the State Duma for its further approval.

The innovation is to establish the ability to officially pay and not to serve in the army at the legislative level.

According to Nechaev, the existing order of illegal buy out of the army has been outdated for a long time. At the same time, the politician proposes to direct the money received from people who does not want to serve on the education of the ones who was taken to the army. The amount of payment is 300 thousand rubles, reports 73online.

The party believes that everyone will benefit from such an order: a young man who does not seek to replenish the ranks of the Russian army will receive the legal right not to do this, and a person called up to serve will be able to get a profession that interests him.

Nechaev also proposed to supplement the number of specialties for alternative service.

In his opinion, IT-specialists will be more interested in serving in the IT-troops, and videographers would like to make a video about military service than to be “engaged in weird activities that conscripts are sometimes engaged in” concluded the politician.

At the moment, the party members plan to make up a bill and discuss the possibility of its implementation with the Minister of Defense.
