PUTIN DEMANDED REMOVE HUMILIATING PROCEDURES FROM THE SOCIAL SERVICES AREA
Vladimir Putin ordered to improve the social aspect of rendering services to the population. According to the president, it is necessary to tackle the process of eliminating bureaucracy, senseless demands, as well as unreasonable norms.
He stated this at a joint meeting of the Presidium of the State Council and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), reports TASS.
The President noted that it was necessary to get rid of the norms that not only exhaust and even humiliate people, but also demotivate social workers.
Putin asked officials to study the most common life situations of citizens and analyze the by-laws in each of them in order to simplify them.
According to the President, a person who wants to receive a service is not interested in technical and organizational aspects, it is important for him to receive the necessary assistance in a quality and timely manner. At the same time, we should not forget about the employees of the social sphere, who also should not face difficulties or obstacles.
Putin suggested strengthening the exchange of experience between regions and striving to find free resources to improve the work of social institutions. There was also a proposal to protect teachers and doctors from unnecessary paperwork, so that the latter could have more opportunities to deal with people.
