NON-VACCINATED STUDENTS MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO DISTANCE LEARNING
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education recommended that universities transfer students who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 to distance learning. It may also be applied to the students who have not been vaccinated due to medical reasons.

The ministry also proposes to require from the students a certificate of vaccination or the presence of a medical exemption when staying in hostels. Other possible measures include separate exams for non-vaccinated students and vaccination of students from other countries at the expense of universities.

For those, who have not been vaccinated, the ministry proposes to organize distance learning.

As for the visit of such students to academic buildings, the department recommends organizing a special regime for this. For those students who have been infected with Covid-19 in the last six months or have a certificate of vaccination, they do not plan to introduce restrictions.

According to TASS, universities are advised to start registering students who have recovered and vaccinated. It was also noted that this will not affect those students who have not yet turned 18 years old. The department also paid attention to student dormitories - it is assumed that rules will be developed to prevent visits of outsiders.
