MINISTRY OF EDUCATION PROPOSED TO IMPLEMENT DISCOUNTS ON FAMILY HOLIDAYS

The day before, it became known about a new initiative of the Russian Ministry of Education on holidays discounts for families. Officials have come up with a proposal to provide discounts or tax deductions for families going on vacation. Benefits may be applied to tickets and trips.

The idea was voiced within the framework of the “Decade of Childhood” plan, approved in January this year by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The program provides for the achievement of a number of goals, including caring for the health of children, creating conditions for their harmonious development, the well-being of families with children, as well as creating a favorable environment for both education and upbringing of the younger generation.

The Ministry of Education has already come forward with the idea of ​​providing benefits for holidays for families to Rosturizm, as well as the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance.

According to Natalia Naumova, who holds the position of the head of the department of state policy in the field of upbringing, additional education and children's recreation, the problem being solved is an old one and the measures proposed by the ministry are just the beginning.

Within the framework of the plan approved by the Government, a number of multidirectional measures are envisaged to improve the quality of life of families with children. Now the ministries and departments are faced with the task of its gradual implementation.
