MILONOV DEPUTY OFFERS TO PROHIBIT THE IMPORT OF CHINESE GOODS BECAUSE OF CORONAVIRUS
At the end of the last year, the coronavirus epidemic broke out in China and began to rapidly gain momentum. According to the experts, the virus got its name because of the specific shape, which resembles a crown with peaks at the ends.

By January, the epidemic reached serious proportions; entire cities, work in which continues despite the epidemic, began to be quarantined. One of the State Duma deputies, Vitaly Milonov, spoke of his fear of the parcels that Russians order from China, considering them to be potentially dangerous for citizens of our country.

In his written appeal to the authorities of the “Russian Post” and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the parliamentarian appeals with the fact that at the moment it is not clear exactly, how the virus is transmitted and how to treat it. The deputy expresses concern that Russians, despite the massive coverage of the problem with the coronavirus, continue to receive parcels from China.

Such behavior, according to Milonov, can lead to the transfer of the virus to other packages, as well as to the posts personnel and to the spread of the virus in our country. We should remind the readers that for the moment, cases of coronavirus outside of China have already been recorded.
