The current punishment provides for an imprisonment of up to 10 years. This is established in Articles 111 and 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation by separate subparagraphs, which speaks of causing harm to minors.

It means that the sanction is provided for crimes against persons under 14 years of age. As for the rest, and these are teenagers from 14 to 18 years old, even softer measures of responsibility are provided for in case of harm caused.
