DRUG PROMOTERS WILL BE SENTENCED TO 10-YEAR IMPRISONMENT
We are talking about the inducement to use drugs on the Internet - the State Duma Committee on Security and Corruption Combating has recommended the parliament to adopt the corresponding draft law in the first reading.
More precisely, if the law is passed, it will be possible to be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for the drugs promotion on the Internet, and up to 12-15 years - for the death of two or more persons who have become victims of this promotion.
The authors of the initiative stated that their actions were inspired by the numerous publications in social networks, "registered from abroad."
It is worth noting that the draft law was introduced by members of the State Duma commission to investigate the facts of foreign interference in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation. The authors also stated that they oppose the announcements of actions where "the distribution of seeds of narcotic plants is taking place."
It is assumed that the draft law will clear the Internet from the websites and pages in social networks, where you can buy drugs. It should also increase the legal liability for those who induce others to take drugs.
